What's included...

What are the timings for the day?

All routes start and finish from Reigate, College, RH2 0SD.

8am – 8.45am: 100K will leave Reigate College

8:45am – 9:15 am: 50K riders will leave Reigate College

9:15am – 9.45am : 25K riders will leave Reigate College

How and when do I get my ride number?

All Ride Reigate numbers are being posted and should arrive with you by 29th September.

If it does not arrive in time for the event please just come and see us on the morning of the event we will provide you with a replacement. 

How does the start work?

100K & 50K riders will leave Reigate College in small groups of approximately 30 riders at 2-3 minute intervals.

25K riders will leave the Reigate College in small groups of approximately 20 riders at 5 minute intervals.


Rest & Servicing Stops

Rest stop along the route can be found at:

100K – Wivlesfield Primary School RH17 7QN Refreshments and servicing

50K – Turners Hill CodE Primary School – RH10 4PA – Refreshments and servicing

25K – Reigate College – RH2 0SD Refreshments and servicing

All rest stops will provide water, a banana and a Kind bar as well as other snacks, there will also be toilets for all participants.

Travel & Parking

We recommend cycling, running or walking to the event if you live locally.

If you drive to the event there are a couple of car parks very close to the College. The cost to park in a St. Catherine’s sponsored car park is £4.00 for the full day – paid directly to the charity.


To reduce touchpoints and for a COVID cautious event for 2021 unfortunately we will NOT be offering a baggage drop facility. Governmental advice is to limit contact/touch points wherever possible.

Therefore please limit what you bring to the event and come ready to ride. Any bags should be left with family / friends or in your vehicles which can be parked within a few minutes walk to the park.

Toilets & Changing Faciltiies

There will be toilets at the Start/Finish area inside Reigate College.

Toilets will also be available along the route at rest stops

There are no changing facilities so please come ready to ride.

I'm injured or sick, can i get a refund?

As with the vast majority of events, we cannot offer refunds. You can, however, defer your personal place to next year as long as you email us before event day. Please note there is a £15 fee to defer your place to 2023, this fee covers processing and event costs we have already paid for.

What happens if I am unable to attend on the Day?

We recognise that some of you may be unable to join us on the day due to the current fuel and ongoing covid situation.  We will email all ‘no shows’ on Monday after the event with details on how to submit your Strava link in order to complete Ride Reigate 2021 and receive your medal via post.

Are all riders timed?

Yes, all riders will be timed as they leave and re-enter Reigate College. Your times will appear instantly on the Results page here in the App or on www.ridereigate.com if you gave us your phone number we will also send you a text with your time in.

Will there be bike parking?

Yes, secure bike parking will be provided in the tennis courts at the college but not bike racking due to current site/venue restrictions in place.

Coronavirus Notice

As you would expect, we are actively and continuously monitoring coronavirus developments. Our current position is that the event will go ahead as planned on the 11th July, however as always, our main priority is the health and safety of everyone involved in our event.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates and take action if required in line with advice given by the UK Government.
