Cycle Event Surrey | Ride Reigate

We are excited to announce our brand new cycle event in Surrey for 2019 – Ride Reigate. This event is proudly brought to you by Run Series – the award-winning team behind the Intersport Run Reigate and British Airways Run Gatwick events.

This cycle event in Surrey starts and finishes at Reigate College and has three routes to choose from – 100k, 50k and a unique 25k family route – offering something for everyone. Set at the height of summer there couldn’t be a better time to get on your bike and challenge yourself before enjoying a celebratory free beer from Pilgrim Brewery!

If you’re looking for a new challenge, would like to practice your Ride London race day routine, or are looking to sign up to your first ever sportive – sign up now! Everyone who signs up to Ride Reigate will receive a 10% discount on accessories, clothing, helmets and shoes from our event supporters – Finch Cycles, C&N Cycling and Maison Du Velo.

£2 from each registration will be donated to our charity partner – St Catherine’s Hospice. £1 from your registration fee and £1 from Pilgrim Brewery, helping to provide expert hospice care for people in West Sussex and East Surrey when life comes full circle.

Cycle Event Surrey | Ride Reigate Race Info

Ride Reigate offers you three scenic bike rides on open roads around the less travelled parts of Surrey and West Sussex countryside suitable for riders of all ages and abilities.

We pride ourselves on organising quality events so that you can concentrate on enjoying the experience. There’ll be on the day timing, mechanical support and, feed stations on each route so that you can stop and re-energise. Refreshments are also available before and after the event (which includes a free beer from Pilgrim Brewery, or a soft drink alternative).

Route distances and elevations are approximate and subject to change. Changes can be due to road closures or for safety reasons. Any changes will be kept to a minimum where possible.

Ideal for the family or if you’re new to cycling and looking for your first adventure. This route will have its own dedicated mechanical support team with marshals on key junctions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. The route takes in the best of the country lanes close to Reigate and in the shadow of the North Downs winding you through Betchworth, Brookham and Leigh.

Ideal if you’re new to cycling and looking for your first adventure. Although still a huge achievement, this route is much more manageable if you’re just starting out or if you don’t think you’ve got time to train for a sportive! The 50k route again takes you south away from the North Downs on less travelled roads towards Lewes through Burstow, up and over Turners Hill, before returning via Crawley Down and Smallfield.

This is a brilliant route for all cyclists looking for a challenge. Set exactly one month before Ride London this is also a great route to practice your race day routine as well as a challenge for seasoned riders or those new to sportive. The 100k route takes you south, away from the North Downs on less travelled roads towards Lewes through Burstow, up and over Turners Hill and Ardingly before returning via Horsted Keynes and Crawley Down.
